About CTC, Inc.
Concrete Technologies of Chicagoland, Inc. was started in 1994 ago as a part time family business but quickly became full time within a year. We put an emphasis on service and a quality installation. We us only the best materials available which have been designed to meet and exceed your needs. This means that we might not always be the cheapest but we will be the best. Everyone at CTC, Inc. takes pride in all of our installations the way it used to be. We are located in Crestwood, Il. and service the Chicago metropolitan area including northwest Indiana and southern Wisconsin.
We apply concrete overlays which include hybrid polymer cement based overlays, epoxy systems, urethane systems and chemical (acid) staining of existing concrete and do not perform any other form of construction such as the installation of new concrete. We do this because we believe in being a true specialists in overlays. As a specialist we are better equipped to handle the many challenges that can occur in the restoration and overlay application.

Article was on a new decorative plumbing showroom. We performed approximately 10,000 SF of flooring to the second floor showroom. The surface had to be ground to remove carpet glue and then slightly polished. We then applied Hydra-Stone dye stain in three colors. The flooring was then completed by applying an application of UV-1 100% solids clear epoxy.
